Rachael Baxter is the Founder and Creative Director of Baxter & Co., a strategy-first creative agency that helps founder-led brands close the gap between the business they have built and the brand that represents it.
Over a 15-year career spanning finance, media, healthcare, and technology, Rachael has built a practice that is strategy first and brand forward, supporting founders at distinct moments of change: a new chapter, a new phase of growth, or a strategic pivot where the business has evolved but the brand is still telling the old story.
She co-founded Conscious Magazine, scaling it to 350+ Barnes & Noble locations and subscribers across 25 countries, and has been featured as an expert at the United Nations Headquarters. She hosts The Baxter Edit, a podcast covering founder life and creative conversation.
Beyond the agency, Rachael is co-owner of a high-end boxing and fitness studio in Charleston, South Carolina, and serves as President of the SHE Leads Group Elevate Chapter, supporting mentorship and referral-driven partnerships among women in business. She is based in South Carolina and works with ambitious founders across the country.
