Neoldina (Nina) Panek, an acute care trained nurse practitioner and the owner of Confident Life Wellness and Aesthetics located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Her practice focuses on midlife, helping women and men in their 40s, 50s and 60s feel like themselves again, inside and out.
She has spent 20 years in healthcare. She started as an ICU nurse, became a flight nurse, and now she is an NP. Those years taught her how to listen closely, act with confidence and treat every patient like they matter, because they do.
Nina offers hormone replacement therapy for women and men, medical weight management, and facial aesthetics, including chemical peels, wrinkle relaxers and fillers for volume restoration. Every plan starts with labs and a real conversation, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Her hormone patients get ongoing support through a membership, so they are never left guessing between visits.
Nina opened her practice because she kept seeing people in midlife get brushed off. They would hear "it's just your age" or "your labs are normal" while they felt exhausted, foggy and nothing like themselves. Midlife is the middle child of medicine, and Nina wants to change that.
What she loves most is the moment a patient tells her they finally feel like themselves again. They have energy for their kids, confidence at work and they look in the mirror and like what they see. That never gets old.

Nina's ideal clients are women and men between 40 and 65 who feel like something's off but haven't gotten real answers. They are often busy professionals, parents and business owners who take care of everyone else first.
For women, that usually means perimenopause or menopause, with symptoms like poor sleep, hot flashes, weight gain, low energy, brain fog, mood changes and low libido. For men, it's often low energy, losing stamina, trouble building muscle and just not feeling as sharp as they used to.
On the aesthetics side, her clients want to look refreshed and natural, not overdone. They want to look like a rested version of themselves.
Most of her clients live in the west Denver metro, including Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Lakewood, Golden and Denver. She also loves working with first responders, and she offers them special perks as a thank-you for what they do.
