Dawnisha Taylor is the Founder and CEO of OnPoint, an executive operations and strategic support agency based in Aurora, Colorado.

OnPoint matches founders and executives with experienced, U.S.-based Executive Virtual Assistants - known as EVAs and pronounced “ee-vahs” who serve as trusted strategic partners - not simply task-takers. Drawing on 12 years of combined executive support and operations leadership experience, Dawnisha launched the agency in June 2025 after seeing too many capable founders consumed by work that no longer required their personal attention.

OnPoint’s Executive Virtual Assistants help bring structure, consistency, and forward movement to the operational side of a business. From executive inbox and calendar management to project coordination, client communication, workflows, and day-to-day operations, they create the support founders need to step out of the administrative weeds and lead at the level their businesses require.

As a Black woman founder, wife, and mother, this work is personal to Dawnisha. She understands what it means to carry the vision, the business, and a family simultaneously. She built OnPoint so other founders would not have to build their companies while holding every operational responsibility alone.
