Dawnisha Taylor is the Founder and CEO of On Point VA Connect located in Aurora, Colorado. OnPoint VA Connect d/b/a OnPoint matches founders and executives with experienced Executive Virtual Assistants who function as strategic partners, not task-takers. I built the agency after 12 years of combined executive support and operations leadership experience, watching too many founders drown in the parts of the business that don't require them personally. We launched in June 2025 and match clients with EVAs who already know how to run inboxes, calendars, projects, and systems at an executive level, so founders get their time back to lead.
Dawnisha is a Black woman founder based in Aurora, Colorado, and this work is personal to her. She knows what it takes to hold a business and a family at the same time, and she built OnPoint to give other founders that same support.

Established founders and executives, usually solopreneurs or small teams, who are past the DIY stage and ready to delegate operations and executive support consistently.
