As a certified functional medicine practitioner, she is a true detective in the area of women’s hormone health. She thrives in solving the hormone puzzle and she looks at the holistic mind/body connection to create a highly relevant plan to healing.
Dr. Erin helps women in their 30’s and up balance their hormones naturally, helping with energy, sleep, weight loss, metabolism, mood and mental clarity, gut and digestion, hormones, hot flashes, PMS, and helping women create vibrant health. She has over 35 years of experience in the natural health care field in chiropractic, acupuncture and is 10 years certified in Functional Medicine.
Her services include personalized hormone testing, metabolic health testing, and creating customized nutritional and supplement plans based on the testing. She offers health coaching to help women make healthy and sustainable habit changes.
