Hannah Clark

Hannah Clark is the Co-Founder and Managing Attorney at The Reputation Law Group located in Denver, Colorado. She has been a divorce and family law attorney for over a decade. In some ways, she feels like she has seen it all--but she knows that every case is different because every family is different and presents its own unique needs and set of facts. She believes she has been such a successful family law attorney because two of her biggest strengths are being empathetic and strategic--always. Hannah has an unwavering commitment to her clients and it truly sets her apart. And the best part? She found three other women attorneys who are just as committed! And that's when they founded The Reputation Law Group. 

Becoming a Business Owner has made her even more passionate for her practice of family law. To be in control of how they treat clients and employees means they get to do it right. They are real people representing real people.

Hannah loves to practice in all facets of family law. Not only is she an attorney, but she is a certified Mediator and a Parental Coordinator/Decision-Maker. This allows her to help parents and spouses decide what type of case best suits their family and their situation. She caters to each client to be cost-effective, efficient, and results-driven.

Family law can be complex. Hannah is a graduate of Baylor University with a Financial Planning Degree and a graduate of University of Colorado for her law degree. The combination of these serves her well for high-asset cases, or those involving businesses, maintenance, child support, real estate, etc. Some attorneys are scared of the number stuff--but that's not Hannah!

She knows when someone sends her a referral they are entrusting her with a loved one in one of the hardest times of their lives and she doesn't take that lightly. She has been on a referral only basis for years now--and that's the biggest compliment she can ask for.

Ideal Client

Family law covers a wide array of types of cases! The types of clients that Hannah would be happy to help are people who need an attorney to represent them in a divorce, custody, annulment, or adoption case. Sometimes these cases can also linger for years for what they call "post-decree" issues, including modifications of parenting plans or child support or spousal support, or enforcement/restriction of parenting time. They offer limited representation--meaning clients who just need an attorney for legal advice on an ongoing basis as they navigate a difficult family law related situation, or just need assistance on certain parts of their case such as the preparation of a parenting plan that they and their co-parent have agreed to. 

If two spouses or two co-parents need a divorce or separation but agree on almost everything, then they should go see Hannah to act as a Mediator for their case. They can avoid hiring individual attorneys and instead she can meet with them as a neutral, third party Mediator, where she will help them work through any remaining issues, think of anything they might be missing, and ultimately draft up all their Agreements to file with the Court. She likes to call this "Divorce in a Day." While this doesn't work for all divorcing spouses it certainly is the ideal!

Of course working with an attorney can be expensive, so generally clients need some financial resources for an upfront retainer, but at least scheduling an Initial Consultation with Hannah can be helpful as you explore the most effective options for the referral.
