Her path into PR originally started as a way to fund her dream of becoming a rockstar. Along the way, she discovered that success isn’t only about talent—it’s about having the confidence, mindset, and clear messaging to get visible. That insight shaped her passion for becoming a confidence coach and business life coach who empowers others to step into the spotlight with authenticity and courage.

One of Jen’s most memorable experiences was working with the legendary Aretha Franklin, who personally thanked her in her autobiography Aretha: From These Roots. That moment reinforced an important truth: no matter how successful someone is, everyone benefits from guidance, encouragement, and professional coaching to continue growing.
