Hilary Castro is the owner and founder of Castro & Co. serving the greater Denver metro area, a Software as a Service (SaaS) systems integration consultancy. For more than 15 years, she has been helping organizations save time and money by streamlining and optimizing database systems. As a database software consultant, Hilary loves solving puzzles and has always had an eye for seeing how the pieces come together.

In her career roles at various organizations, including the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, she has been the implementer and the streamliner. She would spot inefficiencies and quickly identify better, more effective ways to get things done. Hilary loves metrics and data and has seen firsthand the power of database systems to help organizations achieve their goals.

In every job that she has had, Hilary found herself cleaning up database systems and reverse engineering processes to achieve the desired outcome. It was then that she discovered what databases and technology can really do.

As she began to network with more and more small business owners, Hilary saw a need to help them leverage technology and databases to its fullest potential. There are so many software, CRM, and technology tools available that promise to save time and money - from automations, to workflows, to drip campaigns. But those so-called “solutions” are only truly solutions if they actually work for you.

From overwhelm, to not knowing where to start, to slow team adoption rates, to a confusing mess of software services that don't actually fit together, with the added challenge of trying to understand technical jargon - Hilary saw many business owners getting bogged down by the very thing that was supposed to help free them up.

Hilary is also a proud wife and mom to two kids and three dogs, and she loves to be outside gardening and trying new experiences. She has an unquenchable hunger for learning new things!
