The ideal candidate for a SHE Leads Group Regional Membership Ambassador is someone who owns a business and is marketing to other businesses. This position gets you in front of SHE Leads Group prospects. While telling women about SHE Leads Group, they will also get to know your business.

Benefits of being a Regional Membership Ambassador

1. Receive business training from the Founder of SHE Leads Group. This training will not only help you grow SHE memberships but will help build your own business. Regional Membership Ambassadors have the option of getting additional one-on-one training on any of the online classes with the Founder of SHE Leads Group, Beth Boen. You'll become a more successful networker and more successful businessperson.

Be seen as a leader and a resource in your region. In this influential position people will begin to see you as a resource and they will think of you as, “If you need a quality resource for anything, [fill in your name] will know someone.” This will help your own business's top of mind awareness in the community.
   
   
3. Regional Membership Ambassadors gain credibility with other members and the community, as they have been trusted with this position by the Founder of the organization and have gone through rigorous vetting. 
   
   
4. Regional Membership Ambassadors are paid a generous commission on all new memberships with bonus commission based on goals.
   
   
5. Regional Membership Ambassadors also receive a free Enterprise membership in one chapter (when available).
   
   
6. Regional Membership Ambassadors do not pay the member registration fee. There is a small training fee.

8. You will never be alone. The Founder of SHE Leads Group herself will cheer you on and support you every step of the way! Regional Membership Ambassador Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in SHE Leads Group, whether through referral, online inquiries, or other sources.

• Sales Conversions: Engage in consultative selling, understanding prospects' needs, and guiding them toward membership.

• Meet Sales Goals: Work toward a goal of acquiring 20 new members per quarter.

• CRM Management: Update and manage leads using ZOHO CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate records.

• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Founder, including any challenges or improvements in the process.
