Membership Incentive & Referral Rewards
Maintain an active SHE Leads Group membership and represent the organization from a place of authenticity and experience.
Membership Ambassadors earn a $40 credit toward their membership renewal for each new member who identifies them as their referral source and enrolls in an annual membership. For members who choose a month-to-month option, a $20 credit is applied.
In addition, Ambassadors receive a 10% commission on membership payments received from new members they refer (excluding the registration fee).
Credits are applied toward membership renewal, allowing Ambassadors to offset or fully cover their membership through their referral activity.
Ongoing Support
You will have guidance, tools, and direction from the Founder and leadership team. You are not building something from scratch, you are representing an established, proven organization.
Membership Ambassador Responsibilities
This role is designed to be simple, consistent, and aligned with how you already network.
1. Social Visibility & Promotion
- Post about SHE Leads Group approximately once per week in Facebook groups or online communities you are already part of (Alignable and NextDoor are other online communities recommended)
- Engage in conversations where women are asking about networking opportunities
- Promote chapters events, and other SHE Leads Group initiatives
- Include a link to the appropriate page on the SHE Leads Group website
- Tag the SHE Leads Group public Facebook page for visibility and tracking
2. Prospect & Guest Follow-Up
- Reach out to prospective guests prior to their visit to help them feel welcomed and prepared
- Follow up with guests assigned to you after chapter meetings or events
- Offer to meet guests at events when available (both SHE Leads Group and outside networking events when appropriate)
3. Relationship Building
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for prospective members
- Build rapport and help women understand if SHE Leads Group is the right fit for them
- Act as a positive representative of the SHE Leads Group experience and culture

It’s about showing up consistently, building relationships, and representing something you believe in.
Those who are already actively networking and willing to consistently engage in outreach and follow-up will see the greatest benefit from this opportunity.
