Meet the SHE Leads Group Founder, Beth Boen, and learn why she developed SHE Leads Group just for women like you. Beth is an enthusiastic, positive, down-to-earth, caring, and supportive businesswoman with more than 35 years of sales and marketing experience.

Beth is passionate about sharing her knowledge and support with other women in business, or those who are in sales and marketing roles in their career. There are many things Beth would tell the "Younger Beth", that are lessons in business she has learned over the years.

A fun and interactive sales training that will help you communicate with customers, prospects, referral partners and even those in your personal life. This training was a game changer for Beth. It is one of her favorite trainings that she delivers to groups, and women always give her great reviews on it.

Meet Beth Boen

SHE Leads Group Founder

Beth, her husband, and son live in Colorado, near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. At the end of 1999, when Beth was a single career woman, she decided to pack up and move to Colorado (a dream of hers since she was a child).

Beth left her 16-year corporate career in sales and marketing to start her own marketing consultancy in 2005, when her son was just an infant. Her passion for marketing is in the relationship and referral side of marketing, along with customer experience. Although she had a successful marketing consultancy, she started SHE Leads Group in 2016, after having a bad experience in one of those traditional leads group.

Beth no longer does marketing consulting as a business, but she still enjoys idea collaborating, and sharing knowledge with businesswomen. SHE Leads Group is Beth's only gig, and she loves it!

What does SHE stand for?

SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
