Meet Beth Boen

SHE Leads Group Founder & 40-Year Marketing Professional

Beth Boen is a seasoned business development professional with over 40 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and customer experience. Her career includes an award-winning corporate marketing background spanning the retail, media, and senior living industries. Known for her ability to drive strategic growth while building meaningful business relationships, Beth has built a legacy of leadership and innovation in both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.

In 2005, Beth transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, founding CreativeXchange Marketing, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to helping solo entrepreneurs and small businesses thrive through strategic, relationship-based marketing. Her firm quickly became known for producing powerful results by integrating timeless marketing principles with evolving modern tactics.

In 2016, Beth launched SHE Leads Group, a national women’s leads group and networking organization—and a true disruptor in the traditional leads group space. SHE Leads Group is more than a leads group; it is a vibrant, values-driven community where women come together to support, inspire, and grow. With a culture grounded in supporting and uplifting one another rather than a rules-based structure, SHE Leads Group breaks the mold of conventional leads groups.

Unlike other leads groups or networking organizations, SHE Leads Group is a true hybrid model—one-of-a-kind in the marketplace. While most leads groups focus only on exchanging referrals and most networking groups stop at surface-level connections, SHE Leads Group combines the best of both. Membership is all-inclusive and high-value, providing access to premium business development master classes, engaging networking events, and a reserved seat in a leads group chapter. This integrated approach ensures members don’t just meet people, but also gain the skills, strategies, and support they need to grow their businesses—something no other organization offers. The organization also fosters an environment free from cliques and competition—where women cheer each other on, collaborate openly, and build powerful personal and professional relationships.

Beth is also a gifted trainer and mentor. Throughout her career, she has been sought after to onboard and train new employees, thanks to her approachable teaching style and deep business insight. Today, she shares that gift through SHE Leads Group, delivering business education that blends real-world application with the wisdom of decades in the field—education often more valuable than what’s taught in business school.

Beth’s unique blend of corporate success, entrepreneurial resilience, and heart-centered leadership makes her a trusted advisor and subject matter expert—especially for solo entrepreneurs and small business owners seeking to grow through connection, service, and strategy.

What does SHE stand for?

SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career. Members are expected to uphold the values and culture for which SHE stands. Every member of SHE Leads Group should desire to be a resource to each other. SHE Leads Group is more than just a leads group. We are a group of supportive women who truly want to help others in any way possible.
