Joy Bartholomew is the owner and travel agent of Reinvent Retired located in Summerville, South Carolina. Joy transitioned into the travel industry because she was always "Julie the Cruise Director" with a binder and itinerary when taking trips with friends and family. She loves doing the research and now that she is a retiree, she wants to help others have the perfect vacation without having to have the hassles of planning the trip.
Joy truly enjoys working with travelers who are empty nesters and are looking to uplevel their travel, check some things off their bucket list, or have a more curated, luxury travel experience.
Joy has had many exciting trips herself including traveling to Iceland, Belize, Costa Rica, Rome, Aruba, Carribean Cruises, and here in the states to Yellowstone, Savannah, Georgia, Boston, and the Bourbon Trail in Louisville, KY.
