My name is Beth Boen, Founder of SHE Leads Group with our headquarters based out of Littleton, CO. I am also the mom of a young man who is soon to be college bound! I started SHE Leads Group on May 10, 2016, after having multiple bad experiences with those other traditional leads groups. I hated traditional leads groups, and I didn't care for those women's networking groups that were full of cliques, gossip and drama. In fact, after visiting some of those women's networking groups, I told myself that I would never join one! Instead, I created something different! SHE Leads Group is unique!
I love helping people build long-term, loyal relationships that produce quality connections in their business that can lead to lifetime customers and endless referrals. SHE Leads Group allows me to do that.
I used to talk to people about the best job I ever had. I was the Marketing and Promotions Manager for a local newspaper back in Illinois. I was the community liaison for the newspaper. I was required to go to networking events, belong to service clubs and chambers of commerce, and support the community through evaluating sponsorship opportunities presented to the newspaper. I was very active in the community and connected people. Relationships and connecting was the name of the game. I LOVED it and I was great at it! It was my dream job and felt more like a hobby than a job. I’ve had other jobs where relationship building was part of my job, but maybe not the main focus of my job. When I look back at any job I have ever had, the relationship part of those jobs was my favorite.
Additionally, in my career as an employee, I was always the person the boss asked to train the new employees. I loved helping them, making them feel welcome to their new surroundings, and answering their questions. My co-workers thought I was crazy for embracing this role. Well, it is just who I am. We all have different gifts, and I am thankful I know mine and my passion.
Now I have the best job! SHE Leads Group allows me to teach businesses how to be successful in any kind of business relationship. I bring together more than 33 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience to provide SHE Leads Group members business development training they can’t get in college or trade school. Whether it is me, a chapter president, member, or guest trainer, every meeting has some kind of professional or business development activity or training.

As the Founder of SHE Leads Group, I am a member of all my groups. Because of SHE Leads Group's success and growth, I cannot be at every chapter every week, but I have very capable chapter presidents and secretaries who run efficient meetings that always start and end on time. I visit all my chapters on a rotation basis.

What does SHE stand for?
SHE is more than a leads group - SHE Leads Group exists to support women in business development roles. SHE Members are women in business who appreciate the role many women have being a full-time caregiver to loved ones and advancing their full-time career or business. The letters “S H E” stand for Supporting Heart & Enterprise ®. Heart is our families, or anything near and dear and personal to us. Enterprise is our business or career.
