Beyond her professional accomplishments, Victoria has diverse interests, which range from owning a speakeasy bar called Fat Rats in Florida to being a freelance artist and gardener. She is Founder of Le Jardin de Victoria LLC, a side business focusing on selling PEACE POLES, garden art, and DIY recycled garden tools and supplies turned into art.
Born and raised in Kissimmee/St. Cloud, Florida, Victoria's adventurous spirit led her to wrestle an alligator during her time at Gatorland Zoo, she also surfed the waves of Honolulu Hawaii.
