Kathy Calton is a loan officer with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage in Parker, Colorado. This is an amazing company that has a solid history in the mortgage industry and allows me to grow and help offer my referral partners and their clients some excellent loan options and guidance.

Kathy provides personalized home financing solutions for homeowners. Kathy has spent the last 30 years in Eagle County working within Real Estate, Development, Accounting, Taxes and now is in the Mortgage Industry. She has recently moved to the Parker Area and is excited to help more clients here as well. She has an understanding of working with people and educating her clients to ensure that they understand and are comfortable with the loan that best fits them. Kathy believes that educating her clients is the most important part of the loan process knowing that the purchase of a home is the single largest investment that a people can make. She also believes in effective communication with each of her clients, and business partners during the loan process. Teamwork is golden for the success of the transaction. Kathy wants to help make the home buying process a great experience for her clients!

Kathy is married to Brady and they have 2 daughters, Morgan (22) and Taylor (20) and two dogs, Nellie and Tucker. Being new to Parker, she is excited about meeting new people and establishing new business relationships.
