If you are a working mom, sometimes you might wish you were with your children more to have a greater impact on them. I found this great article on the 9 most important minutes of our day that have the greatest impact on our children.

  • the first three minutes of their day-right after they wake up
  • the three minutes after they come home from daycare or school
  • the last three minutes of the day–right before they go to bed

I have a 13 year old son. I do miss him during the day. I always thought that the drive time to school and the drive time home was most important (we have a 25 minute drive each way) and it is. We have amazing conversations. After reading this article, I realize there are some other impactful times for my son and I to bond.

At SHE Leads Group, the "H" in SHE stands for supporting "heart" - that is our families. If you are a working mom in a business development role in a company that is not a start-up or MLM, we would love for you to come visit a very unique kind of leads group - one that is much more than a leads group. We do things very differently.
